Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. -

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days (Monday–Friday). -
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days from the date the order is placed.

E.Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
F.Address Changes
To ensure timely delivery, address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

G.Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment confirmation has been issued.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for available return options.
H.Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery when possible and contacting us immediately.
If the package was delivered in your absence and arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of both the packaging and the product.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I.Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and help determine the most appropriate resolution.
J.Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify billing, shipping, and payment information before processing an order.
In rare cases, additional information may be requested before an order can be approved and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraudulent activity.
